A clear brief and a checked proof make the process smoother. Here is how to discuss your quote, prepare artwork and plan delivery or collection without leaving the important details to guesswork.
Request a quoteConfirm the specification
We discuss material, finish, hardware and artwork requirements. If you are replacing a graphic, include the existing stand model and dimensions.
Agree the quotation
Your written quote confirms the agreed items, charges, applicable taxes and delivery arrangements. Browsing the catalogue or emailing an enquiry does not place an order.
Approve the artwork
Check names, spelling, dates, dimensions, page order and contact details. We arrange production after the required order and artwork approvals.
Setup, artwork & VAT.
£25 setup per product type
The setup fee is £25 plus VAT for each product type ordered. It is charged per product type, not per individual item, and is waived for repeat orders. Include your previous order reference when requesting a repeat.
£35 per hour or part-hour
Artwork and design work, when needed, is charged at £35 per hour or part-hour, plus VAT. Time is billed in whole hours, rounding any part-hour up to the next hour. We agree the scope and estimate the time before starting.
Prices are plus VAT
Displayed prices and fees exclude VAT. Your quotation itemises product costs, applicable setup fees, any artwork work, delivery charges and VAT before you agree the order.
Delivery and event deadlines
Tell us the delivery postcode and the date you actually need the products. Production, artwork approval and transport all need to fit that timetable. Delivery charges and arrangements are confirmed with your quote; we do not publish one fixed lead time for every item.
If you have an exhibition or opening date, tell us at the start. A requested deadline becomes a commitment only when it is expressly agreed in writing. “ASAP” expresses enthusiasm, but a calendar date is much easier to plan around.
Collection and direct dispatch
We are based in Sandycroft and use specialist production partners. Some orders may be delivered directly by them. Please email to confirm whether collection is available for your particular order before travelling; it should not be assumed from the business address.
A few useful answers
How do I get a printing quote?
Email hello@flintshireprinting.co.uk with the product, size, quantity, delivery postcode, deadline and artwork requirements. If you are unsure about the material, explain the intended use.
Can I order several products together?
Yes. List the products and quantities in one enquiry. We can discuss a coordinated specification and confirm the items and arrangements in your quote.
Do I need finished artwork before asking?
No. Send what you have and explain the project. Artwork and design work is charged at £35 per hour or part-hour, plus VAT, with scope and estimated time agreed before starting. See the artwork guide
Can you guarantee an urgent delivery?
Email the exact deadline and requirements. We will check what is possible; a date is not guaranteed unless expressly confirmed in your written order.
Will everything arrive in one parcel?
That depends on the products and production arrangements. Ask us to confirm whether your order is expected to arrive together or in separate deliveries.
Can I change an approved design?
Contact us immediately by email. We will check the production status and explain what can be changed and any additional work or costs before proceeding.
What if my print arrives damaged or incorrect?
Email the order reference, a description and photographs where useful. Keep the packaging if it helps show delivery damage. Contact us before returning anything to a production partner. Your applicable statutory rights remain protected.
How do I pay?
Payment arrangements are confirmed in your quotation or order discussion. This website is an enquiry catalogue and does not take payments or place orders automatically.
Can I visit or collect at the weekend?
The published regular hours are Monday–Friday, 7:30am–3:30pm. Email before travelling to confirm visit or collection arrangements and bank holiday availability.
Where can I read the order terms?
Read our terms and conditions alongside your written quotation. The agreed specification and order details should be checked before you commit.
Save on larger print orders

We use the combined product subtotal before discount and VAT to choose one discount rate, then apply it to the whole product subtotal. Orders below £500 receive no discount. Setup, artwork and delivery are excluded from both the qualifying subtotal and the discount. VAT is added after the product discount, with other charges itemised separately in your written quote.
